Private BJJ lessons with Rafael Colonhese in Oregon City

I’m Rafael Colonhese, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt competing and coaching at a high level in both gi and no-gi. I’ve won IBJJF Masters International and Geneva International Open titles, and I’ve also medaled in adult black belt division at major European opens. I’ve taught and trained with teams including Fightzone/CheckMat and Siri Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu International.

In my private lessons, I keep the focus practical and competition-ready: position, timing, and details you can use right away. I’m especially comfortable working X-guard, and I like to build efficient systems that help you improve fast whether you’re preparing for a tournament or sharpening your fundamentals.
